What is EduNetwork?

A web-based school management system for admissions, student records, fees and finance, exams, report cards, timetables and parent communication, with its own login for each role.

What is ClearEnroll?

A clearance and verification service that helps participating schools check the fee clearance of students and teachers during transfers and admissions, with the photo on file.

Do we need EduNetwork to use ClearEnroll?

No. Schools can use ClearEnroll on its own at clearenrollportal.com. With EduNetwork connected, balances and clearances update automatically as payments are recorded.

How do parents agree to ClearEnroll?

Consent is part of the admission agreement parents accept when a student is admitted. Only students whose parents have agreed are sent to ClearEnroll.

Who can see a student's information?

Access depends on role: teachers see their own classes, parents see their own children, and finance pages are limited to finance staff. On ClearEnroll, other schools see contact details masked.

How do fees work across terms?

Each term is billed when it starts, at that term's prices. Anything unpaid from earlier terms is brought forward on the parent's invoice, item by item.
